Dynavative Middle East General Contracting and Maintenance LLC (“DMGC”) provides customer-perceived value services of design, engineering, construction and its associated activities in a safe, ethical, socially responsible and quality manner, with no harm to people, property, society or the environment.

• Acquiring adequate people, processes, technology and environment that is capable of promoting innovation and operational excellence.
• Ensuring an effective implementation of the integrated management systems and applicable laws to maintain the sustainable success of DMGC.

• Implementing a leadership model that sets and communicates clear targets, motivates people, and cultivates employee awareness towards a positive safety culture.
• Setting and communicating comprehensive QHSE objectives complying with QHSE policy and our commitment to satisfy customer requirements, needs and the expectations of interested parties and legal requirements related to our services.
• Periodically measuring, appraising and reporting actual QHSE performance against set objectives, and committing to continually improve performance by identifying nonconformity root causes and communicating lessons learnt, along with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensuring that employees and subcontractors are competent to perform their tasks.
• Committed to protecting people and property whether involved or affected by our activities and operations.
• Promoting incident reporting by all personnel, and openly reporting, measuring, monitoring, appraising and learning from them.
• Regularly reviewing performance and continuously improving effective integrated management systems and standards to reflect best engineering practice.
• The application of this policy is the direct responsibility of all employees, visitors and contractors involved in DMGC’s operations and activities.
